Advent markets Blatná
Castle markets with a touch of Christmas are held every Advent Sunday.
Christmas Market Dates:
- November 30 and December 1
- December 7 and 8
- December 14 and 15
- December 21 and 22
Each day of the market we start at 10:00 am and end at 5:00 pm.
What can you look forward to?
Christmas themed tours:
The Christmas themed tours will take you through not only the castle premises, but also the Christmas traditions in the exotic countries where the Hildprandt family stayed.
Creative Workshops:
For children there will be various creative activities such as painting ornaments and gingerbread houses, sandblasting and other fun activities.
Traditional Delicacies:
Traditional delicacies:
Traditional delicacies such as tdelník, svařák and other Christmas delicacies that inherently belong to the holidays will also be available at the market. On 22 December, you can also taste soup from Baroness Jana Germenis-Hildprandt.
Handmade products:
You will also have the opportunity to buy handmade products that are perfect as Christmas gifts.
Don't miss the tree lighting ceremony in the courtyard of the castle on Sunday 1 December. December at 4:30 p.m.
