Trail to the giant Easter eggs at Hluboká
Go in search of giant Easter eggs painted with original motifs
From 18 April to 18 May 2025 you can visit a special outdoor exhibition of hand-painted giant Easter eggs in Hluboká nad Vltavou. There will be walking tours and an accompanying game again.
The walking tours will take you through Hluboká nad Vltavou and the immediate surroundings, and you can also play the Family Game with a Map and complete tasks along the way. On the map you will find a crossword puzzle which you can solve using the clues drawn on the giant Easter eggs. Plus, you can complete embedded challenges or spin around the lucky charms for prizes. The game will run from April 18 to 20, 2025.
A map with the location of the eggs will be available after April 18 at Mrs. Olga Trčková's Bookstore (Zborovská Street Hluboká nad Vltavou), at the Info Center on Masarykova Street or at the Schneck Restaurant on the way to the castle.
On Friday, April 18, from 11:00 a.m., a small Easter market in the centre of Hluboká nad Vltavou and at 13:00 the Christmas orienteering run will start.
