Lipno Treetop Walkway Lipno

Lipno Treetop Walkway Lipno

The first trail of its kind in the country welcomed its first visitors in 2012. It offers a unique view of the Lipno Lake surroundings. The trail is 675 meters long, and in addition to the lookout from the 40-meter-high tower, you can experience many adventurous activities here.

The trail is carefully integrated into the forest landscape around the Lipno Reservoir and adds another attractive point to the Lipno region.

The trail is equipped with educational stations that provide interesting information about nature, nature conservation, and the various functions of the forest. Not only for small visitors, there are experience stations up to 24 meters high that offer plenty of excitement.

The trail ends at a 40-meter-high octagonal observation tower, whose architecture is unique – not only because of its airy shape but also due to its barrier-free access.

You can access the trail via the cable car, the Stezkabus, on foot, or by bike. For the return journey, you can use the downhill scooters, which can be rented at the upper station and returned at the lower station.

In winter, you can visit the trail directly from the ski slope. At the top of Kramolín, you can take off your skis and exchange your frozen ski boots for warm mountain boots. The shoe rental is free, and you can leave your ski equipment in the storage area during your walk. You just need to show your Lipno.card.

How to get there

You can reach the trail from the central parking lot via the cable car, Stezkabus, the hiking trail, or the bike trail.
The entire trail is barrier-free, making it suitable not only for strollers but also for wheelchair users.
