Brewery Transformátor Hlavatce

Brewery Transformátor Hlavatce

A family farm in the village of Hlavatce near Planá nad Lužnicí hides a very small brewery.

On the family farm of the Boháč family, right next to the local transformer, you'll find the first semi-automatic brewery in the Czech Republic. It was established in 2014 and is a truly family-run business. The beer is served straight from Mr. Boháč's house, where he brews the foamy drink in Hlavatce. These are mostly bottom-fermented Pilsner-style beers.
