Bobík Hotel Microbrewery
The Bobík Hotel Brewery continues the legacy of the renowned Bürger Brewery Volary.
The microbrewery was officially launched alongside the opening of the entire Bobík Hotel in August 2013. The recipe for the brewed beers, which has already won fans among foreign tourists, is the same as the recipe used for the beer brewed in Volary in the last century.
During your stay at the city hotel in Volary, you can enjoy several types of Volary beer, from light lagers to dark beers, including the twelve-degree Volary hemp beer. You can also watch the brewing process through glass from the hotel restaurant as the beer ferments in the vats.
Brewery Visits: Guided brewery tours with beer tasting, max. group size of 15 people. Reservations required.
