Haďák Microbrewery

Haďák Microbrewery

In addition to the traditional Strakonice Brewery (Pivovar Strakonice 1649), there is another one in the town.

The Haďák Microbrewery was established on April 1, 2018, in Strakonice, where it operated as the smallest registered microbrewery in the Czech Republic, also known as “Hospoda U Hada.”

In its early days, the microbrewery had a brewing capacity of just 20 liters. However, in 2021, it moved to a larger facility at Palackého náměstí 83 in the heart of Strakonice. Here, the brewery expanded to a capacity of 300 liters and gained its own taproom.

Beer is brewed here using traditional methods and the brewery's own "Haďák" recipe. The offerings include light and amber Pilsner-style 11° beers, bottom-fermented and unfiltered.

You are warmly invited to enjoy a glass of handcrafted beer in the historical setting of our microbrewery.

Produced Beers:

  • HAĎÁK Amber and Light 11°
