Jondán beach in Tábor
On the banks of the Jordán River, in U Stadionu Míru street, you'll find the sandy Jordán Beach. The beach is freely accessible and offers complete facilities including refreshments, restroom facilities, showers, park benches, picnic tables, pergolas, climbing frames, and swings.
How to get there
On foot from the old town, cross the dam of the Jordán River, then turn right after the dam (800 meters).
By car, park at the swimming stadium parking lot.
Additional information
During the summer, you can also rent laminated rowboats for couples or 2+1, a family metal rowboat, 4 pedal boats, paddleboards, and a family paddleboard for 2+1. Rental fee is 120 CZK per hour. On the beach, you'll find two piers and a sandy children's paddling pool. All of this is complemented by a breathtaking view of the Old Town of Tábor.
