Cruise on the Lipno Dam

ROSENBERGER - Lipno - Line s.r.o., which has two large cruise ships with the names ADALBERT STIFTER and VLTAVA, operates the boat transport.
The Adalbert Stifter is the bigger and newer boat in Lipno since 2012. In the seagoing season, approximately from mid-April to the end of October, Adalbert Stifter sails mostly in the southern half of the lake, around Lipno nad Vltavou and Frymburk. It provides boat transport as well as very popular cruises, including evening programs with sunset. Daily cruises usually take approximately one to two hours, depending on where you arrive and depart. The evening circuits are up to three hours.
The second boat is the Vltava, which has been carrying passengers since 1959, almost the filling of the reservoir. Before the summer season, Vltava mainly sails with school trips and groups that want to enjoy a special cruise route. And it goes with tourists and cyclists on the whole dam of Lipno or on sailing in the northern part of the lake - between Horní Planá and Černou v Pošumaví.
