Small brewery Kněžínek
Kněžínek Microbrewery is the very first microbrewery established in České Budějovice.
Established in 2012, the Kněžínek Microbrewery has been continuously expanded and increasing its beer production volumes since. The brewery produces Czech-style beer, using local ingredients and traditional brewing methods. The beer is brewed in small batches and consumed relatively quickly after bottling, eliminating the need for filtration or pasteurization, which preserves its original lager tank character. Currently, the brewery primarily uses bottom-fermentation methods. All beers produced can be tasted in the brewery's restaurant or purchased to take home.
Beers Produced:
- Kněžínek Light Lager 11°
- Semi-Dark Lager 11°
- Special Light Honey Beer 14°
