Puppet Museum - Fairytale House
The attic of the Fairytale House is dedicated to contemporary puppeteers.
The exhibition features 300 historical puppets arranged into thematic groups, allowing visitors to see depictions of historical legends, a South Bohemian wedding, water sprites with a drowned man, robbers from the forests of Blanský les and Šumava, dragons and knights, dwarves from the nearby mines, or even Spejbl and Hurvínek.
How to get there
In the historic city center near the square, cars can be parked in designated parking lots. The nearest parking lots are P1 Jelenka and P3 City Park. The center is a pedestrian zone.
