To Sudoměř, Putim, and Chvaletice

Discover the beauty of Vodňansko from the saddle of an e-bike. No hill is an obstacle – you decide the length of your route or follow one of the recommended routes through Vodňansko.

The route starts from the square in Vodňany and heads west on cycling route No. 1073 through the villages of Krašlovice, Křtětice, Kloub, Radany, the Božovice fortress, Humňany, and Ražice. From Ražice, it continues on cycling route No. 1043 to the Battle of Sudoměř Memorial. The return journey follows cycling route No. 1045, turning right onto the green hiking trail (also the Otava cycling route) before reaching the village of Lhota u Kestřan, leading to Putim and the statue of Švejk. From there, it follows cycling route No. 1257 to the Heřmaň railway stop. The route continues straight along the railway line through a cottage settlement. Then, it follows cycling route No. 1147 through Maletice and Myšenec to the railway crossing before Protivín. After the crossing, it continues straight towards the villages of Bor, Chvaletice, and Radčice. Here, it connects to cycling route No. 1259, passing Loucký Mill and returning to the Vodňany square.
