Mining Route in the České Budějovice Region
This cycling trip takes you to the northeastern area of České Budějovice, where you can explore the legacy of historical mining and the source of wealth in the region. Today, few would imagine that silver was once mined in the České Budějovice area. The town of Rudolfov and its surroundings were once home to silver mines. Along the way, you can also admire the baroque masterpiece – the Church in Dobrá Voda and discover local traditional ceramics in Hrdějovice.
