Brewery and restaurant in honor of all branches of the Vítkovci family.
The brewery and restaurant interior recalls the glorious era of the Vítkovci family (Romanesque, Gothic, and Renaissance). Visitors can see exhibits on the history of brewing, winemaking, and dining during the Vítkovci period, when beer was the most popular and accessible beverage, and nearly every Vítkovci castle had its own brewery.
They brew honest, unfiltered yeast beer, mainly from Moravian floor-malted barley, Saaz hops, and high-quality water without using colorants or flavor concentrates. The beer menu reflects the Vítkovci family and includes mainly Czech, Bavarian, Austrian, smoked, wheat, honey, and rye beers. They consistently brew 15 types, with an average of 4 on tap.
The kitchen offers a clear selection of Czech classics, including cold and warm beer snacks, soups, main dishes, grilled meats, salads, honest sundaes, pancakes, and coffee.
The interior sections provide opportunities for celebrations, events, souvenir purchases, and guided tours. Pleasant outdoor seating is available with plenty of space for cyclists and motorists.
Entrance fee

How to get there
By car, you can reach the 7. května square and walk about 450 meters from there.
There is also a bus stop on the square in Sedlec-Prčice.
