Interesting places on the route
- Třeboň - a spa town that boasts a number of interesting historical monuments. It is possible to visit the castle - the former residence of the Rožmberks and Schwarzenbergs, the Empire-style J. K. Tyl Theatre, Church of the Virgin Mary Queen and St. Jilj, House of Nature, House of Štěpánek Netolický, Regent Brewery, etc.
- Pond World - The 14th largest pond in the Czech Republic forms an inseparable backdrop to Trebon. It is only a short walk along its dam to the Schwarzenberg Tomb. You can also take a trip around the World - a sightseeing cruise on the World Pond.
- Lutová - one of the oldest villages in the Třeboň region. The first report is from 1349, when the church of All Saints and the parish were founded by the Vítkov family. The village is a village conservation area.
- Stříbřec - the oldest buildings in the village include originally a fortress, later a farm of the Hofbauer family, which was often visited by Emma Destinn. A granite monument with an epitaph, written by Destinn herself, is placed at the Stříbřec Bridge in her memory. Right next to it is a memorial oak tree bearing the name of this famous Czech opera singer.
- Old Clay and Fairy Tale Bridges - you may know the stone 5-arch bridge over the Vítek pond by J. Rosenauer from the fairy tale scene when they threw the evil king and princess into the water in the fairy tale From the Hell of Happiness. In 1954, in the fairy tale There Once Was a King, the goblins threw salt from the bridge into the water. In the immediate vicinity of the village you will find another stone bridge by the same designer, but with 12 arches and 119 m long. Not far from Stara Hlína you can visit the largest Czech pond - Rožmberk with an impressive area of 489 ha.
- Pergola u sv. St. Vitus - a pleasant place to rest and refresh in the restaurant at the pond Zadní Kouty, in sight of the chapel of St. Vitus built on the place where the water miraculously healed and where for many years stood a hermitage.
